Terms and conditions for BTF: (On-line) Private Training (Plan 1)

Every month you will receive a new video consisting of a three phase spectrum of fitness.
"Strength & Conditioning" Resistance with intergretive movements, and basic stretch.
"Core": Base floor training
"Cardio" Base cardio training that places the focus on calorie expenditure before and after workouts.
After each month training videos are replaced with a different format adding a series of new challenges and goals. Continued access to pervious workouts will be available for an additional charge.

*Concentrated/ Focused: Balance
*Medium to high impact Training: Advanced Cardio

Description: Flexibility--------------------------------------------------------
Three phases of flexibility training: corrective, active, and functional.
Corrective flexibility: improves muscle imbalances and joint motion by using self- myofascial
release and static stretching.
Active flexibility: improves the extensibility of soft tissue and increases the bodies coordinated movements by using self-myofascial release and active-isolated
stretching.
Functional flexibility: improves the extensibility of soft tissue and increases coordinated movement by using self-myofascial release and dynamic stretches that
incorporate multiplanar movements through full range motion.


Description: Balance-----------------------------------------------------------
The majority of fitness clients have poor coordinated movement and can benefit from balance training enhancing individual’s ability increasing the demand on the nervous system to recruit a higher level of muscle fibers for a more efficient calorie burn.


Description: Advanced Cardio------------------------------------------
"Stage" & "Circuit" cardiorespiratory training programs place different demands on the cardiorespiratory and muscular systems and ultimately affect a client’s progress in an highly positive way.
Example:
Stage training is a three-stage programming system that uses different heart rate training zones.

Circuit training programs consist of a series of resistance training exercises that an individual performs, one after the other, with minimal rest.
