Designed to improve joint support, muscular endurance and strength. Participants will perform compilation of integrative exercises using different base of support (stable/unstable) increasing muscle fiber recruitment, creating a greater potential of calorie burn avoiding high impact.

Starting with a 3min (Activation/Warm-up) flowing into an hit and fit concentrated muscle burner with brief intervals of medium to high intensity transitions of dynamic movement. Shiloh Con. (Off site) Group Self-defense

Whether experienced or not, you can still learn the essential techniques of self-defense that rely heavily on leverage and timing, avoiding over-aggression and maximize strength. This 90min course will cover the basic to deter, stabilize or survive a would be attacker using a series of integrative technical movements from standing, to floor base positions. So be prepared to be active and have a great time.
