Join us on Zoom for our Weekly Class Format:
Monday: Core & Upper Body Focus
- Format: 65% core, 35% upper body
- Equipment Needed: Free weights (3-15 lbs), elastic bands, and a stability ball
- Details: This session is designed to target your core strength while incorporating upper body exercises. Expect a mix of static, active, and dynamic movements to maximize muscle engagement!
Wednesday: Leg Day & Cardio
- Format: 80-90% legs, 10-20% cardio & upper body
- Equipment Needed: Free weights, elastic bands, and a stability ball
- Details: This leg-focused class will challenge your lower body while adding a burst of cardio and some upper body work to keep your heart rate up. Be prepared for a lower-body burn and a great workout!
Friday: Cardio Intervals & Full Body
- Format: 40-50% cardio/intervals, mixed with core, upper body, and leg resistance
- Equipment Needed: Free weights, elastic bands, and a stability ball
- Details: Get ready for an energetic blend of cardio, balance, and flexibility exercises. This full-body workout combines integrative movements that flow seamlessly through static, active, and dynamic muscle engagement.
